Graduating with an LLB (Hons) from the University of Lagos in 2007, Adedayo embarked on his legal journey, officially entering the Nigerian Bar in 2008 as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Augmenting his qualifications, he pursued a master’s degree in international Trade and Investment Law in Africa from the University of Western Cape, South Africa, further enhancing his legal acumen. Adedayo's professional accolades include recognition as a Notary Public of Nigeria and the esteemed rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria, conferred upon him in 2023.

Beginning his career at J.B Daudu & Co, Adedayo progressed from an Associate Counsel to the distinguished role of Head of Chambers at the firm’s Abuja Office.
